**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage and post content across all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
- Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement; respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts to promote Venera Immigration’s services, success stories, and updates.
- Encourage and guide clients to leave Google reviews and other online testimonials.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency, ensuring all posts reflect the company’s tone and values.
- Perform other administrative or marketing-related tasks as assigned by management.

**Skills**
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to use social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creativity and initiative in developing engaging content ideas.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) and video editing knowledge are an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
