A new location is opening in the Polo Park area and we are searching for motivated, hard-working line cooks to join this new team.

**Primary functions and responsibilities for Line Cook**:

- Prep food to be used in the assembly of dishes (cut fruits and vegetables, cook food, follow recipes, etc.)
- Assemble dishes quickly while respecting their presentation
- Comply with the standards of hygiene and sanitation as well as the rules of health and safety that pertain to your responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of your workstation and equipment
- Clean the kitchen and equipment with appropriate products
- Work closely with all staff to ensure that operations run smoothly during the service
- Stay calm and composed during intense moments of service
