**Vos tâches principales**:

- Accueillir et répondre aux questions des patients
- Répondre au téléphone
- Fixer les rendez-vous à l’horaire des cliniciens
- Gérer les télécopies
- Soutenir les cliniciens dans certaines tâches administratives
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

**Vos qualités et compétences**:

- Bilinguisme (Fr-En) requis
- Bon service à la clientèle, autonomie et débrouillardise
- Esprit d'équipe
- Apprentissage rapide dans un milieu multitâche
- À l'aise avec différents logiciels

**Expérience requis**:

- Expérience en service à la clientèle (un atout)

**About this opportunity**:

- Full time (37,5 hours)

**What you’ll do each day**:

- Welcome patients and respond to their questions
- Answer the phone
- Schedule appointments for the clinicians
- Manage faxes
- Support clinicians in administrative tasks
- All other related tasks

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Bilingualism required (Fr-En)
- Excellent customer service approach, autonomous and resourceful
- Team player
- Quick learner and capable of working in a multitask environment
- Comfortable working or learning different software

**What experience is needed**:

- Experience in customer service (an asset)
