We are seeking a **Real Estate Assistant & Telecaller** who is organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone. This role blends administrative tasks, marketing support, and direct client communication to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to book appointments and follow up on inquiries
- Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and route information to the Realtor as needed
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client records
- Assist in preparing contracts, listing agreements, and marketing materials
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Track and report on lead follow-up results and marketing campaign performance
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Realtor to keep transactions on track

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate assistance, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an asset
- Confident and clear phone communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of follow-up calls daily
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Canva experience is a plus)
- Social media knowledge is an asset
- Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$27.75 per hour
