Labourer - Helper will assist the Spray Foam Technician with the timely coordination of installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings to the required specifications.

This position shall be guided by the Spay Foam Technician under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. The individual holding this position shall possess the ability to effectively manage the daily work assignments, supplies and equipment as required.

Further, the Labourer - Helper shall contribute to the company’s overall profitability and the quality of our Customer’s experience.

Duties
- Assist with daily spray foam truck inspection which includes material levels, tools, engine oil, gasoline, coolant, washer fluid, generator fluid and outside circle check of vehicle condition
- Assist upon arrival at jobsite check-in/sign-in with site supervisor/foreman/homeowner prior to commencing work
- Perform jobsite walk through along with spray technician to ensure any issues/work is identified (2 sets of eyes are better than one)
- Assist with the necessary preparations at the jobsite.
- Receive direction from Spray Foam Technician with respect to jobsite pre-inspection, ensuring proper measures are in place to prevent/protect against overspray which could cause damage to personal property and post job clean up.
- Assist with the securing of any wiring/plumbing or any other items that could be damaged during cutting
- Ensure a clean work site prior to commencing work and before leaving the job site
- Upon work completion perform a final jobsite walk through to ensure tools and materials and/or garbage is collected and on stored appropriately.
- Complete end-of-day clean-up of work truck
- Other duties as directed
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to work in different environmental conditions
- Demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor with strong communications skills, time management and organizational skills.
- Identify, communicate and help resolve unforeseen conditions/situations that occur throughout day on a jobsite.
- Ability to use positive language, listen and understand while maintaining an even demeanor when communicating with Customers, Spray Foam Technician and Operations Manager.
- Ability to read, speak and write English

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
