**Required Skills**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update detailed spreadsheets and databases for internal use
- Arrange client and director screenings, including theatre bookings, posters, lunches, screening attendee lists
- Manage marketing and facilities correspondence regarding screening details
- Take and distribute call notes
- Update department managers on project status throughout the day
- Provide after-hours coverage as needed (overtime expected)
- Liaise with internal IMAX teams and external clients to communicate screening details, scheduling details, technical specifications and requirements
- I/O Liaison: communicate expected deliveries, help identify and organize deliverables
- Primarily support Sr. Director, Sr. Manager, as well as DMR/Coordinator team as needed

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- 2+ years professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel (on a Mac platform)
- Flexibility to work overtime and staggered shifts (Pacific Time Zone) is expected
- Previous experience working in the media & entertainment industry a plus
- Familiarity with database programs a plus
