**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control measures.
- Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on construction estimating and budgeting processes.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success on projects valued 15mil and over
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control practices.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing and building envelope scopes and ability to manage them independently
- Strong knowledge of quality control and ability to implement and manage the project QA/QC program and documentation
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
