**Lisa Reid Audiology** provides elite levels of patient care for hearing impaired Manitobans, by delivering customized treatment solutions unique to each individual and their lifestyle.

We are looking for a competent, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to work in our **Selkirk MB office**

The Front Office Staff (FOS) is the first point of contact for customers for the practice. The FOS is responsible for greeting customers, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, file preparation, accounts receivable of incoming inventory, third party billings, cleaning, and minor repairs of hearing aids.

The FOS will answer questions regarding advertising promotions, screen customers to determine what services will meet their needs, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

The position supports the mission of the practice by demonstrating elite levels of patient care.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities of this position will include, but not necessarily limited to the following:

- Preparing and submitting third-party government billings (WCB, DVA, NIHB, etc.)
- Receiving and processing incoming hearing aid orders and repairs
- Collecting and recording payments, cash outs, and daily deposits
- Preparing necessary reports for accounting
- File preparation and completion
- Data entry into hearing industry software(s)
- Performing minor hearing aid cleanings and repairs (training is provided)
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as directed
- Greeting patients, answering the phones, and scheduling appointments
- Marketing duties, as assigned
- Outbound calling to existing patient database
- The position may also include: Attending special events, preparing mailouts, attending seminars, and patient outreach
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and as required by the business

**Education requirements and experience**:

- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
- Diploma / degree in administration, accounting, customer service and or sales field preferred but will consider equivalent work experience
- Administration, customer service, reception experience: two years (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
