- Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering menu recommendations and addressing concerns promptly
- Operate POS systems for order processing and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold high standards of guest relations, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure a seamless dining experience

**Qualifications**
- Previous host/host or server experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including clear speaking voice and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Experience in food service, serving, or hotel guest services is advantageous
