Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Escort guests to their designated tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus to guests and explain daily specials
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the host/host station and dining area
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services, POS systems, or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
