**Job Overview**:
We are a key supplier to the window and door manufacturing industry, looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Order Entry / Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging manufacturing environment and enjoys frequent communication with both internal teams and external customers to ensure high-quality service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer purchase orders.
- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in daily production meetings to receive updates on manufacturing, purchasing, and shipping.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer requirements as needed.
- Assist walk-in customers with placing orders and processing cash on delivery (COD) payments.
- Review the daily Order Report to prioritize shipments and coordinate material pickups with customers.
- Generate invoices for shipped goods on a daily basis.
- Initiate the customer complaint process and manage customer expectations.
- Process credit card transactions at the end of each day.
- Support the outside sales team by preparing and sending quotes to potential clients and assisting with other tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service and data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP and data entry software.
- College diploma is preferred.
- Fluent in English; bilingualism in French is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

**Job Duties**:

- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers, listening attentively to their concerns.
- Offer solutions and assistance according to the company's customer service guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
