**NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION**

Performs the shipping and receiving duties on a day to day basis. Also responsible for initial entering of products and Endoscopes into the Database

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Day to day operations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a productive working environment.
- Receiving customer property
- Packaging customer property
- Correspondence with couriers.
- Initial entry of product W.O. numbers into the database

**ACTIVITIES**
- Signing for packages from the couriers.
- Maintain clean workspace in the warehouse.
- Placing all customer products in the proper bins.
- Assigning a W.O. number to all customer products.
- Entering the W.O. number into the data base
- Capture incoming image and store in the database if required
- Preparing workorder paperwork
- Capture an outgoing image and store in the database if required.
- Shipping the customer’s property
- Placing all the packaged customer product in the correct area for pick up by the courier.
- Closing the W.O. when the repair has been completed and forwarding the documents to the finance dept.
- Assist with customer service procedures when position is vacant, or volume is high.
- Assist with Purchasing procedures when the position is vacant or dealing with high volume

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Shipping/ receiving experience.
- Understanding of computers and logistic software
- Customer service experience
- Ability to use MS office suite

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
- **English word, spoken and written**.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to sit and or stand at a workstation for the duration of the workday.
- Ability to work in a clean environment.
- Ability to lift and move small to medium weighted objectives up to 10lbs.
- Ability to package a variety of medical devices for shipping

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
