**Salary range**:$85,280 to $128,960

**Shift structure**:Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office, the Project Manager, Capital Expansion South will:

  • Project manage the expansion of CASA’s services with two builds over two phases: Calgary and Medicine Hat.
  • Attend Integrated Project Delivery team meetings as a main owner representative on the project, working collaboratively as a member of the project management team and appropriate project implementation teams.
  • Work collaboratively with their Program Management Office colleagues, especially the Project Manager, Capital Expansion - North and Change Managers.
  • Maintain project plans, budgets and communications and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with construction and real estate vendors and project management companies.
  • Liaise with other CASA departments as required.
  • Develop and implement project documentation, processes and systems as needed.
  • Act as a business partner for clinical leaders to help them achieve deliverables related to provincial expansion.
  • Work closely with colleagues in CASA’s Program Management Office to align all project work and provide support by knowledge-sharing where deemed helpful.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience managing projects. Project management experience in construction builds or renovations is an asset.
  • Experience with Integrated Project Delivery or collaborative approaches to construction is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in careholder relations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
