Full-time Cleaner and Maintenance for Condo Buildings

We are hiring a cleaner to clean and maintain a Condo building. Tasks mainly include cleaning, garbage removal, etc.

To do well in this role you should have previous experience in cleaning commercial common areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Waste Management**: Sort and take out garbage, recycling, and compost bins on the appropriate days.
- **Cleaning Common Areas**: Mop, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, and surfaces in lobbies, elevators, corridors, staircases, and garbage rooms.
- **Window and Door Cleaning**: Clean entrance doors, mailboxes, and lobby windows.
- **Amenity Maintenance**: Clean gym equipment, pool area, shared washrooms, and service rooms.
- **Periodic Tasks**: Clean interior and exterior parking areas, utility rooms, storage rooms, and exterior light fixtures.
- **Seasonal Work**: Blow and remove leaves in fall, clean salt bins, and vacuum winter mats.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Notify the building administrator of any issues such as burnt-out lightbulbs, pests, or abnormal noises.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete tasks within established time frames and quality standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform all tasks safely and in a manner that protects our products, customers, ourselves and others.
- Be reliable and show up for shifts as scheduled.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Availability to work at multiple locations

**What we offer**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- All shifts available; Monday - Sunday.
- Paid vacation
- Hours: 34 hrs per week
- Schedule: Day shift Mon 7-1, Tues 7-12, Wed 7-3, Thur 7-12, Fri 7-1, Sun 3-7
- Salary: $18 per hour + Bonus based on performance

Experience: cleaning: 1 year (preferred) / janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
