Douek Industries (Canada) Inc., informally Douek Apartments, is seeking someone both highly organized and professional, with a strong work ethic, to clean and maintain 6 buildings in the Montreal area.

Competitive salary and car allowance is provided

**The role involves**:
**Daily Tasks**
- Ensuring the proper cleaning of the common areas of the buildings, as well as the exteriors;
- Ensuring that the building is kept at a high standard;
- Keeping track of work to be done and inform the building manager of such works;
- Applicant must have experience and ability to make minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, plaster, painting, tiling, etc.). Relevant experience and owning your own tools would be an asset.
- **Weekly Tasks**
- Following building-specific weekly trash schedules
- Picking up garbage/mop emergency stairs on floors + clean doors;
- Cleaning apartment doors (borders/lock);
- Cleaning light fixtures and fire extinguisher (inside and above);
- Cleaning the garbage room

**Job requirements**:

- Past experience in a similar position is preferable;
- **Must have a car (car allowance provided); only applicants with a car will be considered;**:

- Must be organized and presentable.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
