We are hiring a cleaner to join our team to clean and maintain a High End Condo building. Tasks mainly include cleaning, garbage removal, etc.

To do well in this role you should have previous experience in cleaning commercial common areas.

**Cleaning Responsibilities**:

- Sweeping and vacuuming
- Dusting surfaces
- Polishing wood
- Mopping
- Cleaning elevators
- Assist the Superintendant with Maintenance tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with other cleaning staff to complete tasks within established time frames and quality standards.
- Be a team player.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform all tasks safely and in a manner that protects our products, customers, ourselves and others.
- Be reliable and show up for shifts as scheduled.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.

**What we offer**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- All shifts available; Monday - Sunday.
- Salary: $18 per hour + Bonus based on performance

Experience: cleaning: 1 year (preferred) / janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
