MeeT is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who wants to help us **change the world** We're an award-winning, rapidly **growing **restaurant group with new locations and ventures coming soon; the HR coordinator is a big key to our success We're **passionate **about doing everything in our power to create an amazing atmosphere for our staff to have fun while pursuing their **goals**. The HR Coordinator works hand in hand with the Owners and Operations Manager to establish and carry out the strategic people plan to help our employees thrive in their careers at our existing 3 locations - and the ones we're about to open next

**The work will largely be done at our new office overlooking False Creek(), at home and out of the restaurants from time to time.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate **with the Owners and Senior Leadership TeeM to keep MeeT one of the top employers in the industry, while setting up and managing big growth
- ** Coach**, mentor, train, and lead the 2 HR TeeM member to go above and beyond
- Contribute to the constant **growth **of our restaurant Managers by coaching to maintain a culture of TeeM work, respect, and drive
- ** Recruit **restaurant managers and head office staff; oversee frontline recruitment
- ALL the HR stuff

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in HR
- 2-4 years of professional HR experience, including HR leadership experience
- Super strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability and confidence to advise leadership and management TeeM members
- Experience in hospitality and plant-based lifestyles are major assets
