**Reports To**: Dean or Designate

**Salary**: $34,000 - $38,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Books and Supplies**:

- Manage the distribution of textbooks and supplies to new students.
- Ensure inventory is maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Contact and greet new students, providing them with essential information and support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new students, addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Provide first-line troubleshooting for student issues, directing them to appropriate resources when necessary.
- **Support Academic Program Leads**:

- Assist Academic Program Leads with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- **Event Planning**:

- Assist in planning and organizing student orientation events and other college activities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus.

Pay: $34,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
