Smardt recherche un Responsable Mondial du Marketing Digital pour travailler à distance ou être basé au siège du groupe à Dorval, Québec. Relevant du Directeur Marketing Mondial, ce rôle pivot est responsable de la conduite et de l'exécution de stratégies innovantes de marketing digital pour stimuler la croissance de la marque à l'échelle mondiale et la pénétration du marché. Avec un accent sur les marchés B2B, en particulier dans le secteur du CVC, ce poste combine la planification stratégique avec l'exécution pratique des campagnes. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.
Principales Responsabilités:
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing digital complètes pour augmenter la visibilité de la marque et la génération de leads sur toutes les plateformes en ligne.
- Analyser les performances des campagnes et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Préparer et contrôler le budget de marketing digital et allouer les ressources judicieusement.
- Innover et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles techniques et technologies de marketing digital.
- Maintenir une connaissance à jour des tendances et avancées de l'industrie.
Qualifications:
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en Marketing, Médias Numériques ou dans un domaine pertinent ; diplôme de maîtrise préféré.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en marketing digital, avec un focus sur le marketing B2B ; une expérience dans l'industrie du HVAC est très avantageuse.
- Fortes compétences analytiques et esprit axé sur les données.
- Connaissance avancée de diverses plateformes de marketing digital, HTML/CSS et outils d'analyse tels que Google Analytics.
- Créatif avec d'excellentes capacités analytiques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

Smardt is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to either work remotely or be based at the group’s head office in Dorval, Quebec. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this pivotal role is responsible for leading and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive global brand growth and market penetration. With a focus on B2B markets, particularly in the HVAC sector, this position combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution. This is a permanent, full-time position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation across all online platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and control the digital marketing budget and allocate resources wisely.
- Innovate and implement new digital marketing techniques and technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on B2B marketing; experience in the HVAC industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
