Executive and Board Coordinator

**Hours of Work**:37.5 weekly, flexible, 1 evening board meeting per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees and manages the CEO calendar
- Coordinates Leadership meetings, develops agendas, and takes meetings minutes
- Support yearly operational documents reviews, including managing Imagine Canada standards
- Overseas YWCA Board and Committee operations; including, but not limited to, board calendars, volunteer files, agendas, meetings, AGM logistics, minutes, and committee support
- Support the CEO, Board of Director and Sr. Leadership team in research, data collection and reports for special projects as assigned
- Responsible to manage special association wide projects, such as procedural implementation, association internal events, and strategic missions
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or administration work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current theories, trends, standards, and practices of assessment in academic libraries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit board governance
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and ability to innovate and adapt to a continually evolving environment.
