Job Description We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team as a freelancer. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive results for our clients. Responsibilities - Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. - Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and design effective campaigns. - Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing and performance analysis. - Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. - Collaborate with clients to align campaigns with business goals and objectives. Requirements - 2+ years of experience managing paid search and social media ad campaigns. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. - Strong understanding of A/B testing, bid management, and optimization techniques. - Proven track record of achieving KPI goals such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
