Event and Content Production Specialist

The role of an Event and Content Production Specialist would suit an enthusiastic marketing professional with the ability to hit the ground running and excel in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. You should have an excellent understanding and proven experience in event coordinaton/marketing, social media, and content marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Support**
- Provide end-to-end support in setting up and moderating online and offline events.
- Plan, execute and promote high-profile virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
- Post-event production duties involving leads upload to Salesforce, webinar artwork creation, SWAG, photography and video coordination.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for all events.
- Organize and coordinate with all stakeholders any in-person events (student services/career services/on-campus events) and virtual webinars through Zoom, Go To Webinar, and other platforms
- Liaise with speakers/panellists and prepare speaking notes.
- Evaluate the event’s success, suggest ways to improve, and provide reports.
- Execute regular monthly Pardot eshots to promote events.
- Stay current in events, design trends, production, and new industry technologies.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned.

**Content Production Support**
- Coordinate interviews and photoshoot (from scheduling to obtaining consent from interviewees for compliance purposes)
- Liaise with the video/content, communications, design and social media team for post production work

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field with 2 to 3 years of event marketing experience working in an international organization in marketing or equivalent roles.
- Proven success as an event planner, coordinator or organizer.
- Zoom and Go To Webinar experience would be advantageous.
- Salesforce and Pardot experience would be an asset.
- Basic knowledge of social media/video coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to details.
- Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions.
- Able to travel to different locations in Toronto covering events.
- Able to lift items of 50 pounds.
