We are tech startup based in Toronto and are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join our team and contribute to our mission in bringing Canadians together through human connections via our flagship product VibeWith, a social networking platform designed to bring individuals together in small groups of three to six based on common interests and shared communities. You will leverage your creative skills to create engaging online content, assist with event promotion and planning, reach out to social influencers for partnership opportunities, and contribute your unique ideas in growing the app.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audience and customer preferences
- Create engaging content for VibeWith's social media channels and website blog posts
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote VibeWith and its events
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Social event promotion and organization (both online and physical)
- Manage relationships with partners, users and communities

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools)
- Enjoys creating content with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Knowledge of design tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus
- An outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people and forming new connections.
- Open to hosting events, both in-person and online
- Wouldn't mind running a social club of their own.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
