**Role Definition**

**Responsibilities**
- Consults with customers to verify financial and credit transactions; responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints.
- Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the team. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.
- Prepares financial data to allow analysts to determine customers' risk profile for commercial loans.
