Crystal Cleaning is a company specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, special machinery cleaning, and interior cleaning. For over 8 years, we have experienced rapid growth, doubling in size each year thanks to a motivated team and superior services.

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our daily activities, support our growth, and ensure impeccable service to our customers.

**Your responsibilities**
- Manage the company's daily operations and ensure proper planning of projects.
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams (scheduling, performance monitoring, training).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards.
- Manage logistics: vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
- Work with management to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Monitor performance indicators (productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability).
- Manage unforeseen situations (absences, customer emergencies, delays).

**Required profile**
- Relevant experience in cleaning or managing cleaning teams (mandatory).
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (French or English, both an asset).
- Valid driver's license (Class 5).
- Sense of responsibility, thoroughness, and autonomy.

**Conditions and benefits**
- **Salary**: starting at **$50,000 per year**, with the possibility of bonuses and performance-based compensation.
- **Contract**: Full-time, permanent.
- **Probation/training period**: 3 months.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (flexibility required depending on operations).
- **Location**: 3005 Rue de Baene, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1K8, Canada
