The Crystal Lodge are looking for both on a full and part-time basis to join their housekeeping team This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cleaning, is looking for a fast-paced job, and is looking for year-round employment

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing housekeeping services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and surrounding areas in a timely and organized manner. Every morning you will be provided with a list of duties within rooms across the hotel. Some of the duties that will be expected, but not limited to, within this role include:

- Changing of, making and refreshing bedding within guest rooms.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within guest rooms including full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, bathrooms.
- Replenish stock within rooms - such as shampoo, conditioner etc. ensuring that any in-house requests are completed.
- Removal of garbage from guest rooms and sorted appropriately.
- Build positive rapport with in-house guests and provide exemplary customer service at all times, especially when walking through hallways.
- Ensure that any dry-cleaning requests are passed on to the appropriate department in a prompt manner.
- Provide a professional and timely housekeeping service.

Please note, that you will be required to complete other duties outside of this to ensure the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department within the hotel.

For full-time employees you will be required to work from 8am - 4:30pm so you will be expected to standing, walking and moving for extended periods of time. This is a physical role that will include moving maids carts, laundry and garbage which at times could be up to 20lbs.
