Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is the largest bubble tea chain with over 3000 stores worldwide.

We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas/Cashiers.

As a CoCo Barista responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Work in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the CoCo brand.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.
- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

- Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
- Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
- Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
