- Prepare and serve bubble tea, fresh teas, juices, and other beverages according to the store's recipes and standards
- Take customer orders, suggest beverages, and answer questions about products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning workstations and equipment
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit transactions
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and assist with restocking when needed
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each guest
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food and beverage preparation
- Participate in team training and development to improve product knowledge and skills

**Summary**

In the role of Full-Time or Part-Time Prep/Barista/Cashier, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will utilize your barista experience and knowledge of food safety to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Your proficiency in POS systems and cash handling will facilitate smooth transactions, while your ability to communicate in Mandarin and English will enhance customer interactions. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in both Mandarin and English.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for cash handling and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and inventory management, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
