We are looking for baristas with people skills that sets you apart, this primary quality is what will drive whom we hire to provide the excellent customer service you already live by. To be successful in this role, you should have previous barista experience. You need to be available to work during all opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, the role is to increase profitability, boost customer engagement, and continue to develop our café as a favourite local spot

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Become a part of a barista team
- Help support staff and baristas
- Participate in opening and closing duties or
- Learn the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

**Requirements**:

- 6 month experience as a barista
- Availability to work within opening hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage stress, diffuse any/all staff and customer issues

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
