**Job description**

Pusateri's is looking for an experienced **Deli/Cheese Department Lead** to join their team and oversee a small Deli/Cheese department in **our new College Street location opening soon**

There is no night shift required

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity
- Handle Team Member and customer issues
- Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and quality assurance
- Merchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Guests and Vendors

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Guests
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership/supervisory and organizational experience
- Ownership of department financial objectives and results
- Experience in a retail environment or equivalent will be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication style, both written and oral.
- Be committed to working as part of a diverse team and demonstrating the values and behaviours of our culture and well-being.

**Grocery Store/Culinary industry experience is an asset**

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
