Concierge - Seasonal Advisor

THE LOCATION

364 Richmond St West, Toronto, ON (Note: This is an in-office opportunity)

THE OPPORTUNITY

These seasonal roles will be temporary contracts with the opportunity to convert into a permanent position if you do a great job

THE ROLE

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you will:

- Resolve client inquiries with a first contact resolution and a sense of urgency
- Support clients through facilitating retail and e-commerce orders, returns, and more
- Provide clients with exceptional solutions, product knowledge, and styling
- Learn to navigate and multi-task various systems
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences
- Meet and exceed productivity by exemplifying strong KPIs on various channels and skill sets
- Maintain attendance and availability requirements
- Other duties as assigned

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Concierge Advisor has:

- Call center, contact center and/or customer service experience is considered an asset
- A strong ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- Secondary languages are considered an asset
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
- A commitment to quality results, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented customer service
- An ability to prioritize and time-manage
- An optimistic and positive personality - coachable, adaptable, and responsible
- An ability to take on new opportunities and challenges. Excitement to continue to develop and grow yourself
- A passion for fashion
- An ability to meet attendance requirements
- An ability to be seated at a desk for up to 8 hours/day

THE HOURS

As a Seasonal Concierge Advisor, you should be comfortable with the following:

- Available for 40 hours for each of your first two weeks for mandatory training _(Morning and evening training sessions may be available to select from)_
- For regularly scheduled shifts, Full-Time and Part-Time available to select from:

- Part Time - 3 shifts/24 hours per week (Minimum Required)
- Full Time - 4 shifts/32 hours per week
- Full Time - 5 shifts/40 hours per week (preferred)
- A Set Schedule - Our Shift Bid Program provides set weekly schedules for three-month intervals. Schedules are based on business needs.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (mandatory)
- Ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length and fall within operating hours of 6 AM - 10 PM your local time Monday through Sunday
- During our peak sales events that occur in November/December and June/July Concierge Advisors may increase their availability
- No extended time off request will be approved over peak sales events
- Open availability is preferred.
