**PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED**

**Manager Position Overview**
- As Manager, you will be the main team leader and report to the Owner
- You will communicate clearly with the Owner and proactively pursue your professional development within the company
- You will provide support and training to teammates at all times to maintain product quality standards
- You will be responsible for ensuring every item served at Charlie’s Seafood Market meets or exceeds our high standard
- You will provide exceptional service to each Charlie’s customer
- You will be responsible for opening/closing and all managerial duties including ordering.
- Research and introduce new items to enhance product selection
- You will be responsible to maintain and monitor the Food Safety standard, and workplace safety for the entire team.
- You will be consistent and well organized in your work.
- You will contribute to the team effort as needed to ensure all duties and company standards are met. This includes cooking, food preparation, cleaning etc.
- You will make it your personal mission to get the job done right, while working to foster a positive and engaging work environment for all team members
