M&M food market on 8th street is now hiring the store manager. The major skills and areas a store manager focus on includes the following.
1.Supervise sales associates, including scheduling/assigning work,participating in performance assessment.
2. Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and inventories to promote efficiency of operation in order to reach daily sale target.
3. Keeprecordssuchasbrokenpackages,dailysales,returneditemsandhours worked by sales employees.
4.Respond to customer complaint and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided.
5. Be able to communicate with the head office regularly in order to know the latest promotions and the newest sales strategy.
6. Trainthenewhiredsalesassociates.Educatethemhowtohelpthecustomer ring their purchase through the POS system, how to return items and how to give customers refund.
7. Maintained daily and weekly sales reports and presentations to management or store owner.
8. Set weekly sale target and lead the sales team to achieve.
9. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such asstore displays, signage and cleanliness**.**
10. May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
