**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and technology.

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Utilize inside sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, if possible
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to effectively promote and sell products
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable agreements

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Experience in inside sales or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully
- Passion for technology sales and staying updated on industry trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
