We’re looking for an associate coach to join our crew and help our Real Estate Reboot clients all over North America on their journey to go from hard-working hustlers to deeply connected self-aware business owners with real systems that give them the freedom to live a life they love

About the role:
You’ll also be a big part of us building our amazing online community and deepening the connection of our 1 of a kind tribe.
You don’t need to know everything about how we do things here, however, you should be comfortable working online (using tools like Zoom) and you should have a solid track record working with clients and getting results.

We’ll train you on our core content, and our approach to coaching clients. You’ll be expected to drive your own learning and learn quickly. Once you’re fully up to speed (1-2 months), you’ll be responsible for supporting 40-50 clients. That’s a significant effort, so be sure you’re ready to commit to this kind of workload.

You will be expected to be active in our private Facebook community, supporting and building relationships and learning how each client ticks and where they are at all times.

If you’re the right person, this could be a great part-time role fitting around your schedule.

so your location isn’t as important as your fit to the role. We service clients from Pacific Time Zone to Eastern Time Zones across North America, so tell us where you’re located too.
