**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall administrative support to the Quality Department. This may include but is not limited to drafting, formatting, scanning, printing, reconciliation, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
- Standardize the filing approach for QA related documents and maintain the accuracy of the filing system.
- Maintain all regulatory and quality-related documentation (soft and hard copies) in an organized manner consistent with regulatory requirements.
- Perform random inspections on the physical receiving/shipping activities and report non-conformances to QA Associates.
- Perform random verification of distribution records and resolve discrepancies if any.
- Maintain the date tracker log and ensure the due dates are not missed.
- Draft internal QA memos.
- Prepare checklists for different processes (e.g. P&L client onboarding).
- Accumulate initial information in response to customer quality inquiries.
- Ensure that the preventative maintenance for GMP facilities and equipment is being carried out in accordance with the due dates and report any concerns to QA Associates.
- Maintain monthly service records.
- Liaise with external service providers as required and ensure third-party services are up to date.
- TMS, and escalate issues to QA Associates as required.
- Proactively support all staff in using and troubleshooting of product logs, OneDrive, TW TMS, and escalate issues to QA Associates as required.
- Undertake any training and professional development as required.
- Any other duties commensurate with this role as may be determined by the QA Manager.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in the administrative field - Computer literacy, proficiency with Gmail, MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Planner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of problem-solving, negotiation, time management, and multitasking - Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced under mínimal supervision

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
