We are currently seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to join our head office in Montréal, QC H3S 1Z4, Canada.

As a Director of Strategy & Transformation, you will be responsible for:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with CPP's goals, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
- ** Transformation Initiatives**: Lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
- ** Financial Management**: Manage clinic budgets, conduct financial analyses, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial targets are met.
- ** Business Development**: Identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and explore avenues for clinic development or acquisitions.
- ** Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze clinic performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.

** This position does require travel **

**Travel schedule**: 3 weeks per month, on-site with US-based clinics, Tue to Thu/Fri

**Non travel week**: In-office Mon-Tue-Thu, WFH Wed & Fri

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant and progressive change management, organizational design, management consultant experience
- Deep organizational change management skills and experience with large complex changes
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to form strong collaborative relationships as part of multi-disciplinary teams across functional boundaries
