**What You Will Do**
- Identify and lead strategic opportunity analysis mandates by developing business plans and formulating recommendations to support decision-making by senior leadership.
- Develop and present effective business cases to enable informed decision-making.
- Support the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the follow-up and updating of the corporate strategic plan’s
- implementation by collaborating with internal teams and external consultants in the collection, analysis, and formulation of strategic initiative recommendations.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of the industry and competitive landscape,
- identify key industry trends impacting the company, and uncover associated growth opportunities.
- Supervise, coach, and support the development of team members to foster engagement and talent retention.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- 10 to 15 years of experience, including one or more years in a strategy consulting firm or within corporate development/strategy departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA — an asset.
