Our customer service/advanced monitoring solutions professionals can keep cool while juggling multiple tasks. They have the charisma of a President and the attention to detail of a Surgeon. Our Customer Service department is the face of Stealth Monitoring in this growing vertical of our business. Supplementing a security concierge, the customer service representative is responsible for monitoring multiple sites concurrently while delivering a high-level of customer service to our clients. The role will be taking place IN-PERSON, so we ask that you are able to commute to our location for work. The Customer Service Representative employee guides and uplifts the client experience, while being supported and given the chance to thrive in an office environment with advancement opportunities.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents of sites in order to enhance ability to recognize potential issues/provide excellent customer service
- Track in/out activity of guests to the site to identify suspicious activity
- Manage delivery and pickup of parcels
- Monitor all security features of a given site to guarantee all equipment is in working order and detect suspicious activity
- Data entry for vehicle tracking log sheets at other sites
- Control all site software (FrontDesk, Guardall) as required
- Manage booking of site amenities, visitor parking, etc.
- Perform reception calls
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, the monitoring of construction sites

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 Years of Experience in a Customer Facing/Sales Role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Must possess solid computer skills (MS Office)
- Must look presentable given the client-facing nature of the role
- Must be fluent in French AND English

Working Conditions
- Office environment (IN-PERSON); employees must be able to commute to our office location for work
- Flexibility in work schedule
