**Montana’s Barrie South is searching for Full time and Part time Servers**

Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

**Overview**: As a Server, you’re responsible for creating a fun atmosphere while exhibiting your product knowledge, enthusiasm and passion. By executing our service standards, you provide our Guests with a unique experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Be a “know it all” about our regular promotional beverage/food menus.
- Communicate and recommend daily deals
- Provide a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality
- Get to know our Guests and enhance their personal experience while flawlessly executing our steps of service
- Process Guests orders and payments in a timely manner
- Provide responsible alcohol service to all Guests
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Adhere to safe food safety and handling procedures
- Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum **one year** expierence as a server or bartender
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
- Team Player - help contribute to a positive Guest experience however necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
