Leah Alexandra Jewelry is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **full-time** **Retail Associate & Spark Studio Technician** to join our Vancouver retail team This unique role blends traditional retail responsibilities with hands-on experience in our growing Spark Studio and other in-store services - where jewelry becomes a memorable experience.

**Job Overview**

As a **Retail Associate & Spark Studio Technician**, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences - whether it’s assisting someone in finding their perfect piece, or zapping on a permanent bracelet with precision and care.

You’ll represent the Leah Alexandra brand on the retail floor, during Spark appointments, and while supporting day-to-day operations at both of our Vancouver boutiques.

Spark Studio training will be provided. Jewelry-making experience is a bonus but not required — just a steady hand and a love for detail

**What is Spark Studio?**

Our **Spark Studio** offers customers the chance to create permanent jewelry pieces, such as bracelets, using solid 14k gold, sterling silver, or gold-filled chain. The chain is custom-fitted and welded with a quick “zap” using a pulse-arc laser, creating a seamless and lasting piece.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and personalized customer service
- Hosting Spark Studio appointments and providing a memorable customer experience
- Learning and sharing product knowledge of Leah Alexandra Jewelry collections
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization using Shopify
- Processing sales through Shopify POS and packaging items with care
- Supporting retail operations and collaborating with the Retail & Spark Managers
- Assisting with boutique merchandising and general upkeep
- Acting as a brand ambassador and embodying the Leah Alexandra spirit
- Helping with special events or projects as needed

**Qualifications**
- **1+ year** experience in retail, customer service, or sales (required)
- Excellent attention to detail, especially for fine tasks
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using Shopify POS and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Jewelry-making or experience with pliers and delicate materials (a plus)
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling and availability

**Job Details**
- Full-time (5 days requirement)
- Weekend availability required
- Compensation**:$38,000-$45,000/year (based on part-time hours and experience)**
