Montecristo Jewellers is BC’s leading retailer of original, handcrafted jewelry and authorized retailers of prestigious brands including Rolex, Blancpain, Breguet, Glashutte, Omega, Longines, Mido, Corum, Wellendorff, Mikimoto, Pomellato, Roberto Coin and more.

We are seeking for Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about high-end luxury watches and fine jewelry. The position requires an excellent interpersonal skill and with an undeniable passion for crafting memorable experiences for our clientele in our multiple boutiques in the Greater Vancouver area.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates
- Achieve or exceed all individual and team sales goals
- Clienteling
- focus on developing long term relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty
- ‪‪Ensure each client receives exceptional customer luxury experience and provide a welcoming environment in the Montecristo Jewellers Boutiques
- Develop clienteling strategies for Luxury watches and Fine Jewelry
- Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions
- Extensive product knowledge to educate the client and address their needs.
- ‪Respond timely to customer inquiries, needs and problems.
- Identify opportunities and successes in the moment to optimize sales

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in high-end luxury retail sales, preferably watches and fine jewelry
- Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Sales driven and results orientated
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to speak multiple language is a plus

This is a full-time position based in Vancouver.
