**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide knowledgeable product information and demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
