Pride Group Logistics Ltd. has a new opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our asset based team at our location in **Dorval, QC.**

This is a salaried full-time Monday to Friday position with steady year-round work.

**Shift**: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

**Essential Duties**:

- Provide and support service requirements of all assigned clients within a region
- Receive incoming telephone calls from customers, administrative and operations staff
- Trace customers shipments and provide timely updates as required
- Assist, investigate and correct customer issues and order delays with appropriate solutions/alternatives and follow-up
- Proactively communicate with dispatchers to avoid undesirable outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Facilitate pickup and delivery appointments for every customer shipment
- Input all relevant data for each freight movement into the computer system (TMS)
- Various administrative duties as assigned by operations
- Updating customer on-line portals daily, as required

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the transportation industry
- Must be Fluent in English and French
- High school diploma or GED or a solid and comparative experience, working in a customer service role
- Energetic and positive nature
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
