**Job Title**: Junior Project Manager - Specialized in Company Financial Department

**General Job Description**:

- Build and maintain the organization’s global accounting policy.
- Communicate between upper management and team members to maintain a mutual understanding of project direction and expectations
- Review new and/or revised IFRSs as they are released in order to ensure the online business complies with the International Accounting Rule.
- Delegate tasks to other team members to improve efficiency of work completed.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage team members to ensure work is being completed to a high degree of quality and in a timely manner.
- Delegate tasks to different team members to ensure all projects can be completed within a strict timeline.
- Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses
- Assist with financial reporting requirements, such as, financial statement close process, account reconciliations, etc.
- Perform financial analysis for annual budget and monthly forecasting by variances analysis, trending analysis, ratio analysis, etc.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate progress towards goals/Business Development and expansion and creates future financial plans.
- Analyze both internal and external resources and develops key operating metrics and trends.
- Support the monthly close process through ensuring accuracy and completeness of settlement and depreciation runs.
- Perform depreciation calculation for the company’s current accounts.
- Create detailed roadmaps on how projects and tasks should be completed to match the expectations of upper management.
- After the completion of a project, continue to monitor success and suggest improvements where necessary.

**Qualifications for the job**
- This is a full time permanent management position.
- Undergraduates at University level
- Diploma or advance diploma programs at Public College level
- Must have 1-3 years of work experience in financial planning or bookkeeping area.
- Having experience in using QuickBooks is asset.
- Basic English reading and writing ability, ability to communicate orally in English.
- Chinese (Mandarin) speaking will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Team player
- Creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Compensation**:

- $17 per hour in the 3 months of probationary period.
- $20 per hour after passing the probationary period.
- At 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, excluding the statutory holidays.
- Comply with Ontario ESA
