**Job Title: Project Manager (Construction - Hydronic Heating & Renovation)**
**Location**: Toronto, ON
**Salary**: $80,000-$90,000 base + bonuses

**The Role**
We're hiring a **Project Manager** with deep residential construction experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the hunger to grow into a **General Manager** role. You’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects, lead internal and external teams, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
**Responsibilities**
Oversee **100+ residential hydronic/renovation projects** in various stages across the GTA
**Coordinate schedules and dispatch field teams** to job sites
**Communicate with clients** throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and alignment
**Purchase materials**, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries
**Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers** to keep timelines and budgets on track
Own all aspects of **project management** including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and quality control
Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned with our high standards and fun work culture
**Requirements**:
**5+ years of experience** in residential construction project management
Strong working knowledge of hydronic in-floor heating (or willingness to become an expert)
Proven experience with **team leadership, client communication, and vendor coordination**
**Experience using Buildertrend** project management software (asset, not a strict requirement)
You’re **organized, self-motivated, and thrive under pressure**
Comfortable managing **100+ concurrent jobs** in a fast-paced environment
Experience with **dispatching crews** and coordinating materials
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
