**Job Summary**:
ECM is looking for a motivated and organized **Office Assistant** to join our growing team in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in office administration who enjoys working in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with day-to-day office tasks, help keep things running smoothly, and learn valuable skills in reporting, invoicing, scheduling, and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule service appointments.
- Help prepare and organize reports, files, and customer information.
- Assist with creating and reviewing invoices and tracking payments.
- Support office organization, supply management, and basic data entry.
- Communicate with technicians and customers in a professional manner.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Willingness to learn new systems such as Jobber or QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration is an asset).
