The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our Guest Services team. This role is essential in shaping every guest’s first and lasting impression of The Claramount Club. You’ll oversee day-to-day front office operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that every interaction—from check-in to farewell—feels seamless and deeply personal.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and care.
- Manage daily operations including check-in/out, room assignments, billing, and concierge support.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, always seeking ways to exceed expectations.
- Act as a visible leader in the lobby, greeting guests and supporting VIP arrivals.
- Train, coach, and mentor a team of Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest room readiness.
- Maintain high service standards using RoomKey PMS and other operational systems.
- Review daily financials and ensure billing accuracy.
- Schedule shifts, manage coverage, and track performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a hotel front desk supervisory or management role (luxury or boutique preferred).
- Experience with RoomKey PMS is an asset.
- A natural team leader with strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Confident problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who genuinely cares—about guests, about team culture, and about making a difference.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
