What’s cool about this job? As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be a part of the deployment team for new PACS installations and product updates/additions for our existing customers. You will deliver all external training including on-site, in classroom and web based and act as a workflow consultant to prepare the customer for a transition on to the Sectra platform. **In this position, you will**: Perform PACS workflow analysis to understand each customer’s unique needs and intricacies. Plan and schedule training activities for customers during the deployment project. Provide workflow support to the customer during acceptance testing Provide training in one-on-one and classroom settings on site, as well as web-based training. Provide positive, professional and cohesive company image when representing Sectra and our products. Ensure Sectra's customers have the required knowledge to efficiently use our products. You can think outside the box and can keep calm in stressful situations.
