**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As the face and voice of our company, you'll play a key role in our customer interactions, ensuring that both our B2B clients and retail customers have a positive experience. This position offers a diverse set of responsibilities, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will handle Amazon customer service inquiries, interact with dealers and wholesalers, assist with retail operations, and contribute to the growth of our business in creative ways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon, manage returns, address issues, and encourage positive feedback and collaboration.
- **Dealer & B2B Interactions**: Assist wholesale clients with product inquiries, new product updates, and order support.
- **Retail Operations Support**: Maintain and configure the retail store, set up product displays, assist with marketing.
- **Social Media & Online Listings**: Post new products on social media, as well as platforms like Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace, to grow our retail presence.
- **Sales Growth**: Actively engage with dealers to promote and sell products
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all customers and clients, creating an environment that fosters long-term relationships and repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Be a motivating and supportive presence for your colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in customer service, retail management, or related fields. Familiarity with Amazon customer service. Experience in B2B or wholesale client management is a strong asset.
- **Versatility & Motivation**: The ability to juggle various responsibilities while staying motivated and enthusiastic on all tasks
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the talent to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient with computers, social media platforms, and online marketplaces. Comfortable posting product listings and interacting with customers online.
- **Bilingual**: French-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
- **Retail Setup & Support**: Experience in setting up and configuring retail stores and displays.
- **Team Player**: A dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Flexibility for occasional weekend events or tradeshows. Sharing responsibilities of responding to messages during weekends and holidays.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
- B2C Customer Service (Amazon, Ebay etc): 3 years (preferred)
- B2B Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
